ON GOING SHORT COURSE TRAINING – ENTREPRENEURSHIP RETIREMENT SKILLS

The entreprenuership short course training is conducted at Edward Moringe campus, iAGRI building and organized by School of Agricultural Economics and Business Studies (COEBS). Its a one week training (21st -25th, June 2021) coordinated by Mr. Lubango Mayenga a financial analyst from Department of Business Management (DBM), COEBS.

Mr. Lubango Introduced the short course by sharing the course objectives,evaluation after the training and follow up on implementation by the attendees

 
He also expounded on creativity as opposed to innovation in business, initiating,managing and ways to grow different business-from the depths of his experiential knowledge. Conducting Feasibility analysis on (organizational,financial,markets) and applyings its outcomes from managerial perspective.Planning,retention skills,sales drivers and winning customers hearts,(from a sales and marketing exposure)
 
Mr. C.Malaki (a phd  scholar) from Department of Agricultural Economics and Agricubisenss (DAEA) COEBS, presented several business plan  ideas based on his rich business and banking background. He continue elaborate on the sustainable self developed projects,poultry and dairy farming,financial literacy,share investment and financial management in livestock keeping.
