This training was done by School of Agricultural Economics and Business Studies (SAEBS) ,at Sokoine University of Agriculture (SUA )where by the participants had the opportunity to explore the important topics for developing effective leadership andchange Management, Communication skills, Motivation, Problem solving, Team building and Visionary leadership.
